Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply, to supply only part of an order, or to divide orders.


Pricing: Prices are as stated on the website and are subject to change without notice. All prices are inclusive of GST.


Payment: Payment must be made in full before the order is dispatched. We accept payments through various secure methods as listed on our website.


Shipping: We aim to dispatch orders within 2 to 5 days. However, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the delivery address.


Returns and Exchanges Policy:
  • No returns accepted for clothes that have been altered.
  • Customers are required to shoot a video while unboxing the material to facilitate the return or cancellation process.
  • Online (Courier) or offline returns are allowed within 15 days of receiving the product.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition with tags intact for eligibility.
  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed upon receipt and verification of the returned item’s condition.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within15 business days after the returned items have been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
